Grad Session FAQ's
What are the photo downloads included in my package?
We believe everyone should have the opportunity to experience a luxury photo session, which is why we offer a range of packages with different download options to fit your needs.
After your session, you’ll receive a private online gallery along with a unique code tied to your email. This code allows you to download the number of images included in your selected package. From your gallery, you can view all of your images and choose your favorites to download.
If you fall in love with more images (it happens often!), additional downloads and print products can be purchased directly through your gallery at any time.
What happens after my shoot?
We know you are excited to see your photos, so 24-48 hours after your shoot you will receive a proof gallery link! Proof images are mostly unedited and watermarked, meaning they shouldn't be shared. This is for you to see a sneak peak of images from your session and to get excited for the final edits! Final images will be turned around anywhere from 1-2 weeks depending on the session. Our photographer will be in touch with you the whole time to update you on final images. Once you receive your gallery link, you will be able to download the amount of photos included in your package. Additional downloads and prints can be purchased at anytime through this link!
What is your cancelation and rescheduling policy?
We understand that stuff happens, we're human too! Our clients reserve the right to reschedule up to 48 hours before their shoot for free. Any time after that will result in a $50 rescheduling fee. Reschedules and cancelations must be made in writing through email. If you choose to cancel your shoot without a rescheduled date, we retain the right to keep your non-refundable down payment. If our photographer has an emergency, we retain the right to cancel and reschedule at any time. We will work with our clients to make sure they get the best solution possible!
Do you charge extra for touch-ups?
Nope! Basic touch-ups such as blemish removals come at no additional charge to you. Each client gets one re-edit of their gallery. Additional edits may be subject to charge, just reach out to us and we work with you to get you the edit that you love!
Will you travel to us?
Absolutely! Depending on your location, a travel fee may need to be implemented. Travel fees are done on a case-by-case basis, so feel free to contact us for a quote.
Do you help with styling?
Absolutely! When you book your session, you will receive our styling guide to assist you with getting ready for your session. We are also more than happy to work one on one with you to choose outfits based on the location of your session. This service comes at no additional cost!
Can my family or pets come?
Absolutely! Simply let us know how many people or pets you would like to include in your session and we will add this to your quote. This additional charge includes extra time, photos, and group posing.
