Patrick Kaymar Photography was originally started by my father, with the name coming from a combination of family members’ names. From the very beginning, it felt right. It represented more than one person, more than one role, and perfectly captured the heart of what this business has always been: family.



PKP was built around photographing families and genuine connection, and that foundation never changed. As the business grew, so did our vision. And that’s where I come in - Hi! I’m Michaela, and I now run almost all of Patrick Kaymar Photography.

While my family still plays an important role behind the scenes, you’ll almost always find me behind the camera. I'm photographing your session, answering your emails, creating content, and collaborating with clients from start to finish. I believe portraits should feel natural, honest, and effortless, even if you’re a little nervous stepping in front of the lens.
